APPLICATIONS

• This blade is 12mm thick and is ideal for thick chips, vegetable sticks and dicing for soups, stews and casseroles.

(To dice a solid vegetable place it in your safety handle take a knife and cut into the vegetable from arrow to arrow. The number of cuts determines the length of the cube.)
