The safety handle can be used with all our slicer products and is highly recommended. It has been designed with complete safety in mind. The safety handle has arrows on each side; these arrows must always be used in the backward and forward motion only.

The safety handle also has serrated lipped edges this is to put your fingers behind for extra safety.

APPLICATIONS

The safety handle has 6 stainless steel pins to hold your vegetables. If you are inserting a vegetable that is longer than the safety handle make sure you place the thickest part of that vegetable on the first of the four pins. There are indentations either ends of the safety handle this will ensure a solid hold. The safety handle comes apart for easy cleaning.
