Shipping Policy
All goods will be sent by post as soon as the payment is received and the usual delivery time is 4 working days within Australia and 10 working days to any other country.
Postage
The Amount of your order as calculated on our website includes postage within Australia. A fixed amount of $25 for shipment outside Australia applies.
Currency
All prices on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Payment Methods
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Bank cheque, Paypal, Direct Deposit and Money Order
Lost or Damaged Goods
All goods are examined prior to packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition. They are packaged carefully to ensure there is a minimal chance of damage during transit.
If goods are lost or damaged during transit, we will replace them. If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, e-mail on mzand@kitchengadgets.com.au immediately upon receipt and we will organise for the damaged goods to be returned and replaced.
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 48 hours from dispatch. Goods returned within this period are subject to a 20% of handling charge unless the goods are found to be faulty. Goods will be exchaned after providing proof of payment.
Out of stock items
We endeavour to keep stock in hand, but can't always achieve that. We are rarely out of stock for a long period of time. We will advise our customers within "7" business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.
